Josh began his career at Dell Inc. in 1999 designing consumer and commercial electronics. He then transitioned from corporate to design consultancy working in multiple markets including appliances, home fixtures, tools, sporting goods, and industrial equipment. Josh has designed for major brands including Dell, Nike, GE, American Standard, Emerson, Cannondale, and Rawlings, earning over 40 patents. After serving as Product Innovator at Nike, Josh founded Rally Studios in 2016 to apply his design expertise for its clients.
